I believe in knowing my patients as whole persons and what is important to them in their health and wellness. I aim to bring evidence-based medicine to my patients and give thoughtful, personalized care with their involvement and engagement. It is important to me that patients feel listened to, cared for and feel empowered to participate in their journey towards better health.

I love good coffee, cooking delicious food and exploring new foodie spots. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and picking up new interesting hobbies – ask me what I’m working on at a given time, it will likely be something different!

I am a native Washingtonian at heart (Go Huskies, Go Seahawks!) with a lot of optimism and energy, three small children and a wonderful partner in life. I love farmers markets and community festivals, vacationing in new places, spending time outdoors in beautiful nature.
