Below, you'll find helpful information to guide you through booking an appointment, preparing for your first visit, and keeping your records up-to-date.

To make the most of your visit, we encourage you to bring any questions or concerns you may have about your symptoms, medications, or care plan.

Please note that all patients must have a previously scheduled appointment to be seen at GRMDC. Same day slots are limited.

  • To book an appointment, call us at 617.323.4440.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
