The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Federal Drug Administration (FDA) recently approved booster shots of COVID-19 vaccines for everyone over 18 years old.

If you got a Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, you are now eligible for a booster shot at 6 months or more after your second vaccination.

If you got a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at least two months ago, a booster shot is recommended.

If you’re eligible for a booster shot, you can now get your shot here at the Greater Roslindale Medical and Dental Center, as well as all BMC vaccination clinics,and other Massachusetts vaccine clinics and local pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens. We anticipate that both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will continue to be available. You can schedule an appointment for a booster shot by calling the Center at 617-323-4440, or BMC on-campus and community vaccination clinics or by walking in.
